To enable the forward feature, you’ll need to first contact the Merchant Service team to request whitelisting before it becomes visible. However, please note that some regions do not allow whitelisting for the forward feature. Therefore, if you’d like to use this functionality, please reach out to customer support to inquire about whitelisting. Once that’s done, you can return to the portal to complete the activation process.
- On your WorldFirst homepage, select “Payments”-“Forward”
- Next, click on “Open FX Forward”
- Then, accept the Terms of Service
- Next, provide your onboarding details, please note that some details have been auto populated
- Next, continue with your onboarding details
- Now, you have completed the application successfully, and your application is pending for review
- The account verification process will be displayed at your homepage and you can check it
