You can also send a payment request to your payer. Upon receiving the request, your payer can pay directly with their WorldFirst balance or make a bank transfer to your WorldFirst account. This creates a smoother experience for your payer and encourages your payer to make the payment in a more timely manner.
- Go to “Home” on your dashboard, click on “Request money“
- Alternatively, you can also go to “Collection” > “Requests created” > “Request receipt” to access the same feature
- In the next page, you’ll be asked to select a payer – who to request the payment from. If you haven’t added the payer, you can click on “Add a new payer” and enter the payer’s country, name, and email
- Next, you can enter the payment currency, amount, and due date
- Further down the page, you can also add more order details or attach documents such as invoice or contract to remind your payer of what the payment is regarding
- Once you’ve entered all the payment details, you’ll be presented with a preview of the request that your payer will receive. If it looks good to you, you can click on “confirm” to proceed
- Lastly, you can choose to copy your request link, send the request email from WorldFirst, or send the request from your own email
- Your payer will receive a request with the below interface
- Your payer can pay with wire transfer by making a transfer to your Receiving Account
- If your payer is also a World Account owner, a WorldFirst payment can be made for free
- Your payer will simply need to click on “Pay with WorldFirst“, log into the account, and make the payment by following the prompts
