Can I transfer funds from my personal account to my World Account?
We can only receive funds from the following sources:
- Approved marketplaces (eg. Amazon, Qoo10)
- Approved payment gateways (eg. Paypal)
- Funds from same-name bank account*
- Personal accounts of company directors (may take 1-2 working days to credit)
*Same-name bank account refers to a bank account that has the same name as the account registered with WorldFirst.
How do I add MYR into my World Account?
Currently we don’t provide MYR currency accounts for you to transfer MYR, but we’re working to provide this feature for you in future. For now, you have the option of opening 19 different currency accounts (SGD, CNH, HKD, JPY, USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD, MXN, CHF, AED, SEK, PLN, SAR, ZAR, ILS, CZK) to transfer funds into your World Account.
Is the transfer to my World Account reflected immediately?
Scenario 1: Transfer from a same-name bank account* to your World Account.
This usually takes between one hour and one working day.
*A same-name bank account is a bank account opened in the same name as your World Account.
Scenario 2: Transfer from your director/ shareholder’s personal bank account to your company’s World Account.
This usually takes between 1-2 working days.
