As the account owner\/an admin, you can assign users different roles for them to efficiently carry out their work while ensuring that your funds and information are protected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ub3c12703\">You can also create customised roles based on the specific needs of your business.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Click on &#8220;<strong>My account<\/strong>&#8221; and select &#8220;<strong>My team<\/strong>&#8220;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then click on &#8220;<strong>Roles<\/strong>&#8220;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By default, the World Account comes with 5 types of roles:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Viewer<\/strong>: Employee\/delegate who is only given access to view information (&#8216;view only&#8217;) and not to create, make or authorize payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Creator<\/strong>: Has permission to create payments to submit for authorization, and to make payments below a certain threshold<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Admin<\/strong>: Can view and change all permissions, add new user, and create and modify user roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Authoriser L1<\/strong>: Payments could be set up to require authorisations from team members before they go out. A payment of a certain amount could require one authoriser or two authorisers based on the rules created by the admin.
