With the World Account, managing payments that require approval is a seamless process.
Submit payment needs approval
- On your WorldFirst dashboard, click “Payments” – “Pay”
- Select the payee and click “Next”
- Fill in the currency and amount information. Once the amount hits the threshold, a notice that the payment needs to be approved
- Click “Confirm” to continue
- Next, confirm details and click “Send payment for approval”
- The payment request is created successfully, and is pending for approval
Authorizer L1 approves payment
- For payments that need L1 approval, Authorizer L1 would receive an email notification, click the link can directly redirect to the payment detail page
- Or you can click “Approvals”-“Pending” to find the payment that needs to be approved
- Click “Details” to view the payment details such as payee information and transaction details
- Click “Approve” to approve the payment
- The payment goes to pending for L2 approval status
Authorizer L2 approves payment
- For payments that need L2 approval, Authorizer L2 would receive an email notification, click the link can directly redirect to the payment detail page
- Or you can click “Approval”-“Pending my approval” to find the payment that need to be approved
- Click “Details” to view the payment details such as payee information and transaction details. Click “Approve” to approve the payment
- Then, click “Pay” and pass authentication
- A 6-digit code will be sent to your phone and enter it
- Click “Confirm payment” to make the payment
- Now, the payment is sent successfully. Please note that the payment is sent successfully only means the payment is sent out, the final payment status shall refer to the statement
