Once registered, you’ll receive an invitation via email, which you can use for your visa application. To enter the fair, you’ll need your Buyer Badge, which is mandatory for entry.
How to get your Buyer Badge
You can collect your Buyer Badge in one of the following ways:
✅ Collect on-site at the Canton Fair Complex
✅ Pick up in advance at designated hotels in Guangzhou
✅ Collect at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport upon arrival
⚠️ Important: Without a Canton Fair Buyer Badge, you won’t be allowed entry into the Canton Fair.

Travelling to Canton Fair
- Direct shuttle service: Convenient shuttle buses run from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport straight to the fairgrounds. These operate every 30 minutes during all three phases of the fair, from 1pm to 6pm. Additionally, many major hotels offer shuttle services to the venue for registered guests.
- Metro: The Guangzhou Metro Line 8 provides fast access to the Canton Fair Complex. You can get off at either Pazhou Station (Exits A, B, or C) or Xingang Dong Station (Exit A). Both stations are a short walk from the venue.
- Taxi and ride-hailing: For easy door-to-door service, you can book a taxi or ride using apps like DiDi. DiDi is the most popular ride-hailing app in China. It’s a quick and reliable option, especially if you’re traveling with luggage or in a group.
