Details of your currency account(s) held with WorldFirst can be found under the ‘Currency Accounts’ section when you are logged in to your central dashboard.
Amazon requires me to provide proof of my World Account ownership. How do I obtain it?

My company and contact information that I have registered with the Amazon is not the same as that held by WorldFirst, what should I do?
Before entering WorldFirst account details into your Amazon seller account, please check that the company and contact information you have registered with Amazon is the same as that held by WorldFirst. If not, please contact [email protected] for assistance before changing the account details on Amazon Seller Central.
How do I link World Account to Amazon Seller Central?
- Once you’ve logged into your Amazon Seller Central Singapore, click Settings located at the top right. Select Account Info from the drop-down menu.
- Under the Payment Information, locate and click on Bank Account Information.
- In Deposit Methods on Amazon Seller Central, click on Add new deposit method.
- Enter bank account details from your selected receiving account in World Account.
- To retrieve your receiving account details from World Account:
- Login to WorldFirst portal and select Account Details.
- Select the receiving account you would like to link to Amazon Seller Central. You’ll be directed to Receiving account details to click on View details.
- On the right side of WorldFirst portal, you can retrieve bank account details and copy them to Amazon Seller Central.
