These terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions") govern the Promotion (as defined below). By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.

Description of the Promotion

During the Promotion Period (as defined below), a New User (as defined below) registering with WorldFirst's valid invitation codes promoted by third parties will receive the WorldFirst New User's Reward (as defined below) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this promotion (the "Promotion").

Promotion Period

From 22nd November, 2023 to 30th April, 2024 (the "Promotion Period").

New User

A person who is registered in "Relevant Countries and Regions" below who has successfully opened a World Account with WorldFirst can be a new user for the purposes of the Promotion (a "New User").

Southeast Asian Countries or Regions

The Southeast Asian countries or regions supported by the account service offered by Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd. (“WorldFirst”) from time to time.

WorldFirst New E-commerce User's Reward

The "WorldFirst New E-commerce User's Reward" refers Payment Fee Vouchers (as defined below).

A New User may be eligible to receive Payment Fee Vouchers, provided that such person satisfies the applicable conditions set out below and successfully passes WorldFirst's review process.

Should WorldFirst determine, in its sole discretion, that a person is not eligible to receive the WorldFirst New User's Reward or to participate in this Promotion for any reason, or where WorldFirst has knowledge of subsequent events which would mean that the person would not have been entitled to receive the Payment Fee Vouchers (including but not limited to where the transactions of such person were reversed or refunded), WorldFirst has the right to disqualify such person and shall not be liable to any such person. WorldFirst further reserves the right to claw back the Payment Fee Vouchers or to deduct the value of the Payment Fee Vouchers from person's World Account.

Payment Fee Voucher

After successfully opening a World Account with WorldFirst, a New User may be able to obtain 10 times “Zero Payment Fee” vouchers.

The Vouchers may only be used in the following manner:

1. Vouchers are subject to availability and valid for a limited time only.
2. Vouchers may only be used by eligible WorldFirst customers.
3. A Voucher may be used to apply a discount to the service fee payable on a “same-foreign-currency withdrawal/transfer” (i.e., a withdrawal or transfer transaction where the WorldFirst customer has elected the same currency for both the sending currency and the receiving currency) or a “cross-currency withdrawal/transfer” (i.e., a withdrawal or transfer transaction where the WorldFirst customer elects a different currency for the sending currency as the receiving currency are different).
4. Only one Voucher may only be applied per single “same-foreign-currency withdrawal/transfer” or “cross-currency withdrawal/transfer”.
5. Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Vouchers are not available for use on mobile applications and may only be redeemed via computer (PC).
7. The “Zero Payment Fee” vouchers shall be valid till 30th, April, 2024 from the date on which it is applied and shall be issued within seven (7) working days following the New User satisfying the conditions for the Payment Fee Voucher.

Further Terms Applicable to New Users in the Relevant Countries and Regions

1. WorldFirst reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, determine and/or decide all matters relating to or arising in connection with the Promotion. Any such determination and/or decision will be final and binding.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WorldFirst reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion, and/or to suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time, without liability to any party. Any amendments to the Promotion will be published on the Promotion webpage and/or notified to New Users in an appropriate manner.
3. Persons participating in the Promotion shall bear all expenses arising from and/or in connection with participating in the Promotion.
4. The account service used by companies in the Relevant Countries and Regions is provided by WorldFirst.All the prevailing terms and conditions governing the World Accounts shall apply (collectively the "World Account Terms") to a New User and are to be read together with these Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the World Account Terms for further information. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any of the World Account Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail only to the extent of matters relating to the Promotion. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any terms set out in any marketing materials prepared for the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail. While all information provided herein is believed to be correct and reliable at the time of printing or publishing or posting online, WorldFirst makes no representation or warranty whether expressed or implied, and accepts no responsibility or reliability for its completeness or accuracy.
5. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances will WorldFirst or any of its affiliates be liable under any theory of tort, contract, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for lost profits, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, each of which is excluded by agreement of WorldFirst and you regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether WorldFirst or any person has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms to the contrary, WorldFirst'scumulative liability, including for claims, expenses, damages or indemnity obligations under or in connection with its obligations under these terms and conditions, will not exceed USD$500,000. In no event shall WorldFirst, its affiliates, agents, representatives, directors, officers, or employees be liable for any act or omission resulting from circumstance beyond their reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to this Promotion beyond one (1) year from the first occurrence of the act, event, condition or omission on which such claim or action is based.
6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
