If you have scheduled a payment (live rate payment or same currency payment) in the future, you may cancel it at any point before your scheduled payment date. You’ll need to cancel your payment at least one day before the date it was scheduled to be sent.
To cancel a payment, follow these simple steps:
- In your World Account, click “Payments” in the navigation bar
- On Payments page, select “Transaction management”
- Next, select “Pending payments”
- Then, select on the payment with status “Pending”
- And click “Cancel” under “Actions”
However, if you have booked a fixed rate payment, performing the above cancellation steps on portal will only unlink your payment and does not cancel your spot booking. Please contact WorldFirst to check if it is still possible to cancel your payment. For such cancellation we will need to sell back the currency and if there are any losses from the cancellation, the losses will have to be beared by you.
If your payment have already been sent out of WorldFirst, you will not be able to cancel the payment. You may contact WorldFirst to assist with a payment recall.
