How do I freeze and unfreeze card?

To freeze the card, go to “My World Card” > “Card details” page.

• Click on “Freeze card”, a pop-up window will appear and click on “Freeze this card”, then the card is frozen

To unfreeze the card, go to “My World Card” > “Card details” page.

• Click on “Unfreeze card”, a pop-up window will appear and click on “Unfreeze this card”, then the card is active
