To enable the forward feature, you’ll need to first contact the Merchant Service team to request whitelisting before it becomes visible. However, please note that some regions do not allow whitelisting for the forward feature. Therefore, if you’d like to use this functionality, please reach out to customer support to inquire about whitelisting.
