Cross-border Pay(KJB) service upgrade

We would like to inform you of an important service update. Starting from August 13, 2024, Alipay Business accounts will no longer provide the 1688 Cross-Border Pay (KJB) services. In order to continue using this service, we recommend that you register for a WorldFirst account.

By registering a WorldFirst account, you will be able to continue enjoying the convenience and security of the 1688 Cross-Border Pay (KJB) services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support.

Benefits of Upgrading to WorldFirst

● Provide you with a dedicated personal account manager

● Purchase directly from 1688.com using foreign currencies, without the need to have a bank account in China

● Individual, Sole Proprietor and business can all register the WorldFirst account

● Supports multiple funds-in channels, such as: top up with same name of bank account, e-commerce platforms and third-party transfers

Note: When using 1688 Cross-Border Pay (KJB) services through WorldFirst, the transaction fee will be changed.
