1.我的1688帳號不解除綁定會怎麼樣?

您在2024年8月13日之後可以登入國際支付寶帳號,但無法使用跨境寶功能。為了確保您的正常採購,請及時登入國際支付寶帳號解綁1688帳號。


2.我的國際支付寶帳戶還有資金怎麼辦?

您可以直接將資金提款至境外同名銀行帳戶。由於國際支付寶帳戶提款需要支付手續費,建議您儘快利用資金完成採購並解綁1688帳號。


3.我在1688的訂單退款後,資金會退到哪裡?

不同的付款方式,退款路徑不同。 如透過支付寶國際版賬戶結算,退款將退還到支付寶國際版賬戶。


4.我要如何註冊使用WorldFirst帳戶在1688採購付款呢?

如果您尚未註冊WorldFirst賬戶,可以直接透過我們的專屬註冊連結進行註冊;若您已擁有WorldFirst賬戶,則可直接登入,並在賬戶內選擇跨境寶服務來綁定您的1688賬號。具體流程可以參考左側的指南。

7.為什麼我在WorldFirst帳戶無法綁定1688帳號?

如果要在WorldFirst帳戶綁定1688帳號,必須先在國際支付寶帳戶解除1688帳號的綁定,因為國際支付寶帳戶和WorldFirst帳戶不能同時綁定同一個1688帳號。


8.我的國際支付寶帳戶還能夠登入嗎?會不會被註銷了?

2024年8月13日後,您的國際支付寶帳戶不會被註銷。除了跨境寶服務之外,國際支付寶提供的其他服務都不會有任何影響。


9.2024年8月13日以後,我可以用國際支付寶的餘額來支付1688的訂單嗎?

從2024年8月13日起,如果您在國際支付寶綁定的1688帳號嘗試透過跨境寶進行支付,可能會遇到交易失敗的情況。因為跨境寶的服務已由WorldFirst承接,為了確保您能正常享受跨境寶服務,我們建議您儘早解除國際支付寶帳戶中的1688帳號綁定,並在WorldFirst帳戶裡重新完成綁定手續。請注意,您的國際支付寶帳戶並不會因此被註銷。


1.What will happen if my 1688 account is not unbound?

You may log into your Alipay Business account after August 13, 2024; however, subsequent access to Cross-border Pay functions will be unavailable. To ensure seamless procurement, kindly log in to your Alipay Business account promptly to unlink your 1688 account.


2.What should I do if I still have funds in my Alipay Business account?

You can withdraw money directly to an overseas bank account with the same name. Since withdrawals from Alipay Business accounts require transaction fees, it is recommended that you use funds to complete purchases as soon as possible and unbind your 1688 account.


3.After my order on 1688 is refunded, where will the funds be returned?

Your payment refund will be returned to the Alipay Business account through the original route. If it is upgraded after August, 1688 payments will not be possible. Please ensure that all orders have been completed before unbinding your 1688 account.


4.How do I register to use a World account to purchase and pay at 1688?

If you have not registered a World account, you can register directly through the portal registration link; if you have already registered a World account, you can directly log in to the account and choose Cross-border Pay to bind the 1688 account.For specific procedures, please refer to the guide on the left.


5.How can I unlink my 1688 account from my  Alipay Business account?

For the unbinding process, please refer to the guide on the left.


6.After the Alipay Business account upgrade, will the transaction fee on the 1688 side be recalculated when I choose Cross-border Pay? Can I still enjoy the previous preferential fee rate?

After the Alipay Business account upgrade is completed, the fees on the 1688 side remain unchanged when you choose Cross-border Pay. For specific details, please refer to the fee schedule document.


7.Why am I unable to link my 1688 account to my World Account?

To link your 1688 account to WorldFirst, you must first unlink it from your Alipay Business account. It's not possible to simultaneously bind the same 1688 account to both an Alipay Business account and a WorldFirst account; thus, unbinding it from Alipay Business account is necessary before reassociating it with WorldFirst.


8.Can I still log in to my Alipay Business account? Will it be deactivated?

Your Alipay Business account will not be deactivated. Other services provided by  Alipay Business, apart from Cross-border Pay, will remain unaffected.


9.After August 13, 2024, can I use my Alipay Business balance to pay for 1688 orders?

Starting from August 13, 2024, if you attempt to make payments via Cross-border Pay through your 1688 account linked to Alipay Business, you may encounter failed transactions. This is because the Cross-border Pay service has been taken over by WorldFirst. To ensure that you can continue using the Cross-border Pay service smoothly, we recommend that you promptly unlink your 1688 account from your Alipay Business account and re-link your WorldFirst account. Please note that your Alipay Business account will not be deactivated as a result of this change.
